Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. What we collect • Your name, email address and mobile number, given when you create an account. • Your course progress: which lessons you opened, how far you watched, and your quiz results. • Basic technical data: pages visited, referring site, device type. This is collected by Umami, which we host ourselves. We do not use Google Analytics, and we set no advertising cookies. Why we collect it • Your name and email identify your account and let us send you course-related messages. • Your mobile number lets us reach you about a course you are taking, and will be used for phone login when we add it. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing messages to it. • Progress data shows you where you left off and shows instructors where students get stuck. How long we keep it As long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, keeping only anonymous aggregate counts. Your rights Ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the grievance officer listed on the grievance page and we will respond within 30 days. Who else sees it Nobody. We do not sell or rent personal data. Our email provider processes your address in order to deliver the messages you asked for, and nothing more.
